My husband and I are moving to Miesau Army Depot in Germany. What is the best way for me to continue college?

We are moving to the Bruchm�hlbach-Miesau area in May. I am 20 years old and I really want to continue my MFA in Creative Writing. I don't speak German very well but I am learning... I would prefer to attend cles in English but I know that is unlikely. Are online cles an option?
