Can anyone translate this in tagalog?

i understand tagalog but i don't know how to write it or speak it i was born here in chicago. so sorry im no help lol. i was never taught to speak it yes i can learn now but it would be soooo much harder and i really don't have the patience for it lol. i would have rather learned it when i was younger.
