3b was an upgrade and Roberts was an upgrade. Lince was an upgrade, and Nathan was an upgrade. You definitely improved your bench, especially getting Cruz. Hold on to Wieters until he gets up. Other than that, maybe trade Holliday or Ortiz to get another SP or closer. Cruz could easily be your 3rd OF, and Holliday might have a rough season. Hitting is very solid, pitching needs some help, but your team got better.
