I need some advice about my 10 month old son please.?

Oh how I can sympathize with you. My second child was very fussy, too. Both had colic, but he was more discontent. Both also spit up constantly. After about 5 months, we figured out that he was allergic to milk and had severe reflux. We ended up on a terribly expensive hyperallergenic formula and medication 4 times a day, but it cured his fussiness very quickly. He still woke up once, maybe twice in the night until well after his first birthday (still does now at 3 half the time), but quickly fell back to sleep and slept very well in between. Babies can have silent reflux meaning that they don't spit up all the way, it just irritates their throat and makes them cranky. Worth looking into. Also, I always found relief by putting him in an exersaucer, he liked being upright and was entertained.
