By protecting the "rights" of bank bosses to award themselves huge bonuses, are UK and US govts guilty......?

.....of aiding and abetting criminal behaviour? Certainly they are; also by failing to make laws against this bank robbery they are grossly neglecting their duty - purely for their own benefit and for the perks they can get out of it. Their postulations about defending bonuses in order to keep the best managerial talent are outright lies.
