Career in Navy - Physically Disabled

I have spina bifida and what is called a tethered spinal cord (I am not confined to a wheelchair and can walk just fine without istance), and I would one day like to join the Navy as an Acoustic Warfare yst (or AWA). An AWA doesn't really run around a lot (as to my knowledge) so do you think they would let me in?
