How to Begin this Chi Squared Test?

I want to construct a chi squared test, but don't know how to or if its even possible with my data. i want to see if there is a correlation between grades and television. the amount of time spent watching television is grouped in intervals like 1-30, 31-60 and so on, and i grouped the GPAs 3-0-3.5, 3.6-3.7..and so on. can you help me set up the contingency table for the chi squared, i know how to work chi squared, just don't know how to set up the table.
