WHAT I ATE TODAY??? PLEASE HELP!!?

Ok, since last december, 10 months later now ive lost 50 lbs. (now @ 148) i try to eat well but today afternoon lets just say i "binged". in the morning i had a boca patty with 1/2T light mayo with 1/2T of bbq sauce totaling 135 calories. then for lunch i had an apple with a small bag of sun chips. but after school at around 4pm my mom had gotten me some chicken teriyaki with rice and a small side salad. dont get me wrong, ive been wanting that for a while now and it was nice she got it but i felt bad eating it even though it was soooo good and havent had it for a lonngg time. the rice was the white steamed one (about 2 full scoops)(little bigger than ice cream scoop size). i know the sauce is majorly all salt, but calorie wise idk i feel bad but is it alright? im gonna go to zumba cl in about 1 hr ( my first time- if you know about it can you tell me the benefits??) and in pe today we jogged for 5 min. and then jogged grinders for 5 mins, walked 2 mins, and jogged another 5 mins for grinders. so what do you think??? please help! and thanks :)
