Shoplifting second offense?!??! please help!!!?

okay so im 19 years old, last november i got caught shoplifting from KOHLS..i had to do community service and pay kohls some money, the other day i got caught again at walmart..yeah stupid i know..my intentions wasnt to go in there and steal but when i got there i could not find my money so i thought what the hell surely i wont get caught, so i stole a freakin 4 dollars tank top..i got caught but the lady didnt call the cops, since it was just a 4 dollar shirt and i cooperated and all that.im wonderin what will happen?she said i wouldnt be prosecuted, i dont know what that means?and that walmart would send me a letter and i would have 7 days to respond..and she let me go.what does that sound like to you? do you think i'll have to go to court?? or do u think it would be possible walmart will just send me a letter askin for restitution?she said i wasnt even banned from walmart..so im really confused and scared? what do you think?
