Need help if you know a lot about mifeprex and misoprostol??

its just b/c i'm doing a ppt for school, dont preach to the choir please. i'm confused between the mifegyne version, is it really the fake one??, and if it has numbers on the pills, is it fake also? i'm getting confused with the website showing pics of different pills that are real and fake. if anyone can show me the picture between the real and fake ones, that would really burn :), i think looking over the internet would be hard b/c the illegal drugs are sold over the internet which it would probably show more of. also, when it kills the baby, what happens to it, does it just dissolve? is it dead tissue that stays in your body? what happens to it? what does it mean when it exhibits ''weak antiadrogenic activity?'' also, ''sensitizes the myometrium to the contraction inducing activity of postaglandins''? also, ''been known to antagonize the endometrial effects of pregesterone in women?'', is it cheaper than an abortion? how many weeks do you need to start an abortion? does it matter?
