Can we define 'Sinner'?

Fellow Saints I suggest for the heathens sake we use 1 biblical word or 2 to define Gods interpretation such as: desolate, perdition or even a biblical phrase such as eternal blackness of darkness forever, separation from God and all His glory . . . . . . . .The heathen have been lead to this site quiet often lets edify them and give them a Godly diagnosis.
