Are Army special skill badges, CAB or Recruiting badges mandatory to wear in the ACU and/or Cl A uniform?

Always in cl A. Garrison acu, not always. Im in aviation; my badges are considered FOD and not allowed on the hangar floor or flightline. As such i have the option of jus not wearing them, or taking them off before i go to work.
