my dreams the military. September i had a bad year and was talked into applying for ssi, and they wont let me stop the application now so if im not approved, i cant try enlisting until October, and if i am, i cant try until April of next year. It seems every time i try enlisting something comes in the way making it impossible. I have a feeling its happening for a reason, like im not supposed to be a military person, but i want it so bad and its stressing me out beyond belief.

A motion to stay and a notice of appeal? Help!?

The other parent in my case has filed an appeal and a motion to stay the court order. Now, in the notice of appeal, the reason for the appeal and the specific parts of the court order being appealed were not listed. Can this be thrown out on a technicality? I would seriously advise against this. If you cant see the trucks side mirrors clearly your way too close. Truck drivers hate it when you do this and a lot will intentionally put you in a ditch. I've noticed that my maltese has been constipated lately and i think she might be getting hemorrhoids. i have read online that it is possible for a dog to get it. I feed her Royal Canin sensitive stomach formula. I've fed her different kinds of Royal Canin dry dog food ever since she was old enough to eat. I've also noticed that she might be allergic to wheat. I want a dog food that has limited ingredients, good fiber, and definitely no wheat or meat by-products. However, i want to be able to get it at the pet store. Share neverwinter nights 2 patches?

My cousin and i wanted to play neverwinter nights 2 on the lan. he just bought it and is installing it. We both have Mask of the Betrayer expansions. the problem is, his internet has a bandwidth limit of about 500 megabytes, while mine is fully patched. I am uming two different patch versions cannot play the campaign together, but i was wondering if there is a way to share the patch from my computer to his. I downloaded the patches using the NWN2 updater, and I am at his house so I cannot download the patches manually. If there is a way, where would I find the patch files?.

If I were in your position, I would aim for a lower caliber of college; if you're into MSU, try looking at Central Michigan University, Western Michigan University, and (if you like snow and cold) Northern Michigan University. All 3 of these schools are large public universities like MSU, but they admit a much broader student population than MSU. You will have a MUCH better chance at getting into these schools.

Your talking about the 650 correct? Well the GSX-r is the race model, and the F is more for comfort. The handle bars are higher and suspension and all the preformance stuff is alot lower quality. The windsheild would be higher too. The GSX r is more sporty and has bigger tires, more agressive rider postion, and im guessing a stiffer suspension. Hope this helps

People with depression, what keeps you going through life?

My boyfriend, my pets, and myself. I'm 16, i've had depression since I was 11. When I was 15 I adopted my rabbit and my cat. Animals are my pion and I realized helping them, helped me. I now have 8 pets(all rescues) all different types so when I feel depressed I just play with them and I start feeling better. I also started seeing my current boyfriend at 14 and he honestly made everything better. I know alot of people will think it's a cliche thing to say, But love was one of the main things that saved me, yes i'm young, but I do know what love it, and I do know that knowing someone loves you does help with making you happy. And I help myself by dealing with depression by realizing that I should love myself and not let myself hold me back over the small things because life is worth living, depression will hold you back, but it's not worth dieing for.

Oh how I can sympathize with you. My second child was very fussy, too. Both had colic, but he was more discontent. Both also spit up constantly. After about 5 months, we figured out that he was allergic to milk and had severe reflux. We ended up on a terribly expensive hyperallergenic formula and medication 4 times a day, but it cured his fussiness very quickly. He still woke up once, maybe twice in the night until well after his first birthday (still does now at 3 half the time), but quickly fell back to sleep and slept very well in between. Babies can have silent reflux meaning that they don't spit up all the way, it just irritates their throat and makes them cranky. Worth looking into. Also, I always found relief by putting him in an exersaucer, he liked being upright and was entertained.

Where do the air bubbles come from?

I have just returned from holiday and while I was standing with the sea lapping round my knees I noticed that my feet sank into the sand a little deeper the longer I stood in the same place but each time I pulled my foot up to the top of the sand (but still under the water ) air bubbles rose to the surface. I had not introduced the air by lifting my foot out of the water so where did it come from as there seemed to be a limitless supply of air bubbles being released from the sand, which had been under water for several hours.

So, if someone annoys your child in kindergarden or doesn't listen to them, they may believe it is ok to smack them. This is a huge problem in the clrooms and starts in the home. What can I do about this "betterment" charge?

I was rear ended 2 weeks ago while sitting at a red light. The girl just wasn't paying attention and didn't get stopped on time. I called the cops & the other driver claimed full responsibility. I drive an 07 Hyundai Tucson and while the visible damage was just a few scuffs on the bumper, the accident actually pushed my entire exhaust forward and is going to cost somewhere around $1,700 to fix. I made the claim with her insurance company and things were going smoothly. Until the appraiser's report came back deducting $145 from what they will pay for betterment. I understand the theory behind betterment, but what I don't understand is why an innocent party in the accident should pay a penny towards the repairs. I've already been inconvenienced first of all being hit with my baby in the car, but now having to take my car & have it in the shop, etc. Not to mention the POS rental car they gave me that so small that it is practically a deathtrap on wheels. The betterment is on my muffler...Ok, great, I get it, car parts get wear & tear. BUT...it didn't need replaced or repaired until someone HIT ME from behind! What type of recourse do I have? So far I've talked to the appraiser & her insurance company and have gotten nowhere. Tomorrow I plan to call my insurance company to see what they can do for me...I also plan to report them to the NYS Department of Insurance & the BBB if it comes down to it. But I really just don't want to pay the $145. I just want my car back the way it was.

Hi, in my school this year the seniors have wooden paddles and they plan on freshman with them (im a freshman) But, my brother is a senior, and i thought i was good, but the other day he told me that no one could be left out and to keep a low profile. I have a 6 month old shih tzu and he seems sick?

Hi, a friend gave me this shih tzu puppy last week and he asnt my friends but his neighbor who moved away. The previous owner didn't take care of this puppy, both his ears had mites, he has a cherry eye on his right eye and since Ive gotten him, hes been having diareah, sometimes with a bit of poop. I took him to the vet and he came out negative for parvo but they said it could be that its still incubating. I didnt leave the dog there for they were gone from 5 pm til 9 am next day anyway and I wanted to keep an eye on him, the vet recomended I give him pedialyte and ensure every 3-4 hours. He was fine, stool was fine the following day but today he had diareah with some blood again. So I will put him back on pedialyte and ensure for another week. I live in an apartment complex, and our building has come down with a BAD case of small german roaches over the last year. They come and exterminate VERY often, and I have tried everything possible!. We have tried bombing the house many times with different products and we have also even tried ultrasonic plug-in devices. It has gotten to a point where we keep a can of raid on stand by and keep everything clean and clear as possible. Nothing is helping! - The exterminator states the problem started on the other side of our unit upstairs. They have located the main nest in that unit and have evicted the trashy people that lived there before. The last thing that I have to say is the the exterminator is indeed, Terminex, and they have found our roaches immune to gel, bait, and boric acid.

I have a 2g nano right now, and its time to upgrade. First of all, the way it sounds.. I'd never let these people watch my baby! U'll always need somebody to take ur baby for a few hrs here, a few hrs there for u sometimes but thats not always going to happen. There's days when ur going to be extremely tired and need a nap, but the only way ur going to get one is by getting one when ur baby is taking one. As for making important runs, ur baby can go with u. U'll want her to. When my baby was newborn and I had to go to the emergency room or doctor, I wanted mine there because he's the only thing that made me feel comfortable. Try enrolling her in daycare or trusting one of ur close friends, but I'm sure u can find someone to do it. I always manage a way and I live in a town where I know nobody and trust no one. U'll be fine tho, u'll know in ur heart what ur limit is and what to do.

When I got my horse he was a loving TB who didn't care much about anything but now he is nasty to the other horses in the ring. 4 mont old baby hasn't taken 1 nap today?

My 4 mont old daughter hasn't taken one nap today and she's crying alot.I went and took a car ride and she still didn't fall asleep.I rocked her she fell asleep but immediately as i put her in the crib she woke up.She usually takes at least 2 naps everyday of 2 hours.If I'm not holding her or playing with her she starts crying very loudly.Ive tried feeding her but she doesn't want it...could it be teething??? WHAT I ATE TODAY??? PLEASE HELP!!?

Ok, since last december, 10 months later now ive lost 50 lbs. (now @ 148) i try to eat well but today afternoon lets just say i "binged". in the morning i had a boca patty with 1/2T light mayo with 1/2T of bbq sauce totaling 135 calories. then for lunch i had an apple with a small bag of sun chips. but after school at around 4pm my mom had gotten me some chicken teriyaki with rice and a small side salad. dont get me wrong, ive been wanting that for a while now and it was nice she got it but i felt bad eating it even though it was soooo good and havent had it for a lonngg time. the rice was the white steamed one (about 2 full scoops)(little bigger than ice cream scoop size). i know the sauce is majorly all salt, but calorie wise idk i feel bad but is it alright? im gonna go to zumba cl in about 1 hr ( my first time- if you know about it can you tell me the benefits??) and in pe today we jogged for 5 min. and then jogged grinders for 5 mins, walked 2 mins, and jogged another 5 mins for grinders. so what do you think??? please help! and thanks :)

Why do the trucks which carry gasolineand other flammable liquids have tires that are electrically conducting?

The friction from the rotation of the tires can build a static charge in a vehicle. Most trucks will attach a ground wire with a clamp to the chis of a truck before starting to pump any fuel. That way the charge has been grounded and there wont be any sparks that could ignite the fumes.
