Do you agree with the media's coverage in the Phoebe Prince case?

It is good that the media is shedding light on the horrors of Phoebe's last stage in life, but still, it seems like a witch hunt is going on. The Austin boy, for example, is only being charged because Phoebe had with him. Which brings up another thing, if Phoebe was sleeping around with boys, she couldn't have been perfectly innocent, now could she? It just seems fishy; she didn't seem like a totally innocent girl herself, since she slept with at least these two. And now, Austin is only being charged for having with her----it seems that's just her family looking to seek revenge, but without cause, no? They boys were only 3 years older, but with the laws in today's world, it is counted as , even though it may have been consensual. The media, especially CNN, always seems to dance around the statutory part (they rarely even discuss what statutory is on TV, definitely making some believe that the boys just d her) possibly because it would dampen Phoebe's image if more people saw that she had consensually had . It's not like I'm condoning what the bullies did, but still, does anyone agree that the media has turned this into a viscous, one sided situation without being fair and talking about how Phoebe wasn't the perfectly clean, Irish immigrant that many Americans ume she was?
