Will I be accepted into Michigan State University?

MSU will probably be a reach. A 2.9 GPA isn't even in the middle 50% of MSU's range, so that will not be a good target for you. If I were in your position, I would aim for a lower caliber of college; if you're into MSU, try looking at Central Michigan University, Western Michigan University, and (if you like snow and cold) Northern Michigan University. All 3 of these schools are large public universities like MSU, but they admit a much broader student population than MSU. You will have a MUCH better chance at getting into these schools.
