If Noah's ark was real and only the people that lived were on board then aren't we all related?

Noah his wife, their 3 sons. and their wives were the only humans on board. Then if the whole flooded and no one else survived then aren't we all just inbreeds. We're hill billys. Were flippers kids right? So Noah is everyone's ancestor. Cool now I know I'm related to someone famous. Or not. But, seriously I really wanna know though if we are all really related because of Noah's ark.
