Why do liberals call the aversion to gayness "phobia"?

I'm not afraid of gay people; I just don't want to be around them and catch the gay virus that will turn me gay too, or one of them biting me on the neck to take my blood, or one of them coughing on me and giving me AIDS. It's nothing personal. FACT.
