I am trying to find the name of a movie?

I am trying to figure out the name of this movie, it came out in the late 80s early 90s it was a scary movie about a genetically mutated baboon in a hospital, the name of it starts with an "S" I think. It also might have been a made for TV Movie I am not sure.
